请教 H5 的 File API 有没有判断所读取的文档的编码类型的办法

FileReader 对象有好几个 Api ，其中 readAsText 可以设置文档的编码，但是我仍然没有办法在读取前就知道文档的编码是什么。有什么办法能预先知道（或者去判断一下）要读取的文档的编码呢？
