macos - When debug, I cannot input it appears"Terminal will be reused by tasks, press any key to close it."

Question

I totally follow the official documents but I just cannot debug anyway. In the meantime, every time I try to debug, there is a window popping up to ask "[program] would like to access files in your Documents folder.
